PP Program

BG Protection Plan
To qualify:
Initial service(s) must begin within 36,000 miles (60,000 km) to receive 100% coverage. If your vehicle has between 36,000 and 50,000 miles (60,000 and 80,000 km) on the odometer; you receive 50% coverage.

To maintain protection:
Service interval: 30,000 miles (50,000 km). Engine service interval: 5,000 miles (8,000 km). BG Protection Plan covers only components serviced by BG products.

Protection Plan Coverage:
• Engine and Fuel up to $3‚000 USD per service interval.
• Transmission up to $2‚000 USD per service interval.
• Drive Line up to $2‚000 USD per component per service interval.
• Power Steering up to $1‚500 USD per service interval.
• Cooling System up to $1‚000 USD per service interval.
• Brake System up to $500 USD per service interval.


BG On The Road®
Complimentary Roadside Assistance

BG On The Road® roadside assistance is only available with the purchase of a BG fluid change service.

Services Provided:
• Towing Assistance*
• Jump-Start Assistance
• Tire Change Assistance
• Lock-Out Service Assistance
• Fuel and Fluid Delivery

(cost of gas, other fluids or key replacement not included)
*towing available for accidents and vehicle disablements


Roadside Assistance Details
Available for up to $75 US for 4 months. If your vehicle becomes inoperable in the U.S., Puerto Rico or Canada, it will be towed to the nearest qualified service center. You do not pay the service provider for the first $75 US of services listed above (per event, limited to two events).

Dispatch services are provided by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., Medford, MA 02155, except Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Wisconsin, and Wyoming where services are provided by and/or through Cross Country Motor Club of California, Inc. Roadside services are performed by independent service providers, for whose actions neither Cross Country nor BG Products, Inc. shall be liable. Additional terms and conditions are set forth on the Service Card.
